Danish journalists decided to focus on one of EHA’s goalies, Kristers Steinbergs (Aalborg Ishockey Klub, Denmark). They decided to bring an article about him and his ice hockey dream in two papers in end of January 2018: ‘Hanbo-Bladet’ and ‘Nordjyske Stiftstidende’.
Worth to write about, even the kid is only 12
We have to agree with journalists at mentioned papers, that Kristers and his performance at the time being is something, what is worth to write about. Even he is only 12 years old at the time these article are published! His work, as we in EHA know it, is exemplary – during practices as well as during the games. It’s great to observe a boy in his age to be so determined and focused on pursuing his dream. Of course, as by any other child, it is necessary to add, that unconditional support from parents and family is one of the key dependences for that.
Right way to look
As mentioned, parent’s and family’s support is very important, but it’s still not enough… Right environment, dedicated and competent people, infrastructure etc. etc. are only couple of other dependences. That’s why we decided to express our appreciation to journalists at ‘Hanbo-Bladet’ and ‘Nordjyske Stiftstidende’ from Denmark, as it is articles like theirs, which can help to keep focus on young ice hockey players and their development. And make no mistake, there is a whole bunch of kids worth to write about just in our organization – not to mention others out there.
