SUMMARY:International TRIP A+ (Hockey Cup 2017\, Brno)
DESCRIPTION:Preparation Camp\nEHA team started this Trip by one day long preparation camp on Thursday\, August 24th on the very same ice where during following three days seven teams in Bantam category fought for best possible results. \nNace Langus\, new EHA player during preparation camp before tournament.\nPlayers of the EHA roster mostly knew each other and coaches have during the preparation camp focused on light excersises as well as on to get to know couple of new aspirants. All players has confirmed the expectations and this far youngest and smallest team were ready to fight on the upcoming tournament. Our tournament’s motto: “We may be the youngest\, but we’re ready to fight” described the team very well. \n  \nTournaments draws\nTournament’s draws found place in the evening of the same day and everything was set for play. Read more about EHA Team’s games bellow. \nTournament’s draws found place in the restaurant of Icehockey Arena.\nGAME 1: European Hockey Academy ’05 vs. KAC Klagenfurt (21:1)\nFirst\, or warm up game that has been drawn for EHA team was against austrian team KAC Klagenfurt. Even young austrians faught well and tried to do everything they could\, the game was very clearly under control of EHA boys. The result talks for its self. \nUrban Podrekar (20)\, EHA’s defenceman sending one of his dangerous shots toward KAC’s goalie.\nGAME 2: European Hockey Academy ’05 vs. Plzeň municipality Select (3:3)\nThe second game of the day – and definitely the very best game of the tournament for players\, audience and everyone involved. Little EHA group of youngsters have met extremely skilled players and simply physically much bigger guys – the initial line-up on the blue line before the game looked really much like a father-son game. Big deal of bad luck as well as couple of questionable calls from referees prevented a sensation\, where David would beat Goliath. Tight result with this opponent is with no doubts great success. \n  \nGAME 3: European Hockey Academy ’05 vs. Austrian Select (17:0)\nOn the contrary to the previous game\, the Austrian Select team matched EHA team when we talk players’ weight or hight. However\, these were only parameters these two teams matched each other. In the game – EHA team overcame this opponent simply in everything\, despite Austrians’ enormous effort. \nJan Hamřík (43)\, EHA’s Aspirant in the moment of release of the shot. Rebound of this shot will be sent into Austrian Select’s net by Urban Podrekar (97) as one of the in all 17 scores in this game.\nGAME 4: European Hockey Academy ’05 vs. HC Warrior Brno (9:1)\nHighly motivated team\, playing practically on the home ice\, lined up against EHA in the second game of the second day. However\, neither motivation or (nearly) home ice advantage helped and the game was directed by team of European Hockey Academy. \n  \nGAME 5: European Hockey Academy ’05 vs. South Moravia Select (2:10)\nLine-ups for this – in reality “the gold game” looked very much like the ones in GAME 2 agains Plzeň municipality Select. Opponent’s coaches chosen only to play their very best and biggest players – and this time it was too much for EHA youngsters. Opponent’s shots was too hard for EHA’s 2005 goalie – so primary task for the team was not to allow the giants to shoot at all. And when we look back\, we can say\, that boys was fighting to last second of the game and gained great experience for their future development. \n  \nGAME 6: European Hockey Academy ’05 vs. HC Ružomberok (11:1)\nBoys’ last game of the tournament. Placement was already known\, nothing could change that. That is why their attitude and will to play was even more symphatic. Team EHA did not allow the opponent to do more-less nothing and won this game a big time. \n  \nThe closure\nAt the end – the only thing there is left to say: this event was a fantastic experience for our young players. Preparation camp as well as perfect tournament – with quality of attending teams and its over all organisation. \nMay be a little ‘black spot’ worth to mention\, was non-dignified and vulgar behavior of tournament’s sports director\, mr. Kališ in presence of children. Behavior more worthy\, may be\, annoyed ice hockey coach on the bench during the game\, or even better\, an old drunk sailor. This was really surprising. And what was even more surprising is\, that by the information we have from different sources\, this very same person has got to do with children in more than one contexts in czech ice hockey! However – let us conclude in maritime terminology: That the ship’s captain is not a most intelligent or polite person does not mean\, that ship its self is not beautiful. \n  \nThanks to…\nThis event could only be completet thanks to engaged people around. All of them should have our thanks. Especially let us thank to: \nAll attending kids for their fantastic effort during the Trip.\n Parents and families of all attending players for their support.\nAll personel of Hokejová hala dětí a mládeže venue\, specifically Mr. Fadrný and Mrs. Kiliánová.\nHotel Bobycentrum\, specifically Ms. Roučková\, for their hospitality.\nAll personel of Restaurant at Hokejová hala dětí a mládeže\, specifically Mr. Bukai.\nAll opponent teams for great games during the tournament.\n \n  \n\n \nBANTAM Group of Hockey Cup 2017:\nSouth Moravia Select (GOLD)\nPlzeň municipality Select (SILVER)\nEuropean Hockey Academy ’05 (BRONZE)\nHC Ružomberok\nAustrian Select\nHC Warrior Brno\nKAC Klagenfurt \n  \nEuropean Hockey Academy on Hockey Cup 2017:\nBronze in category BANTAM (2004)\nBest forward of the tournament in category BANTAM (2004) – Santeen Golja. \nRead more about our results on other events in EHA’s Hall Of Fame. \n  \nEuropean Hockey Academy team roster:\n\n\n\n \nName\nCountry\nHomeclub\nY.O.B.\nRating\n#home/#away\n\n\n\nNace Langus\nSlovenia\nN/A\n2004\nAspirant\n29/24\n\n\n\nUrban Podrekar\nSlovenia\nHKMK Bled\n2005\nAA\n97/20\n\n\n\nSANTEEN GOLJA\nSlovenia\nHKMK Bled\n2005\nAA\n95/26\n\n\n\nPatrik Polýnek\nCzech republic\nOrlíci Uničov\n2005\nA\n3/44\n\n\n\nFilip Sitar (C)\nSlovenia\nHKMK Bled\n2005\nAA\n25/72\n\n\n\nDavid Dočekal\nCzech republic\nKometa Brno\n2005\nAA\n23/22\n\n\n\nBorna Kopač\nSlovenia\nHK OLIMPIJA Ljubljana\n2005\nA\n5/2\n\n\n\nMatěj Kotlán\nCzech republic\nOrlíci Uničov\n2005\nAspirant\n15/12\n\n\n\nJan Hamřík\nCzech republic\nN/A\n2005\nAspirant\n43/18\n\n\n\nMark Babnik (G)\nSlovenia\nN/A\n2005\nAspirant\n35\n\n\n\nAndreas Peter Rakuscinec\nDenmark\nVojens Ishockey Klub\n2006\nAA\n13/8\n\n\n\n  \nEvent type: International Trip A+/AA+/AAA \n  \n \nYou can follow this event\, see pictures\, videos etc. on:\nhttps://www.facebook.com/events/165704870663889/?acontext=%7B%22ref%22%3A%223%22%2C%22ref_newsfeed_story_type%22%3A%22regular%22%2C%22feed_story_type%22%3A%22117%22%2C%22action_history%22%3A%22null%22%7D \nThe gallery of this event is available on:\nhttps://www.facebook.com/pg/EuropeanHockeyAcademyAAA/photos/?tab=album&album_id=1770322773260342

SUMMARY:International Trip A+ (CCM Invite Europe\, Bled)
DESCRIPTION:Preparation Camp & Tournament\nVery first event of International Trip A+ type within EHA’s development program started by 4 days long preparation camp on July 28th 2017. Preparational camp found place in\, for many EHA players well known venue Hokejová hala dětí a mládeže in Brno\, Czech republic. \nAfter very intense hours of on- as well as off-ice practice during preparational camp\, awaited the trip to Slovenia\, little but very beautiful country. Country with only 6 or 7 ice rinks\, which gave the ice hockey world names like Anze Kopitar. Country\, which still continues to produce great youth players as we could see during the CCM Invite Europe tournament. \nAs some of the players attending the preparation camp have been in last minute prevented to travel to tournament\, the EHA team was forced to use some guest players from Slovenia. And we were thankfull for them. The tournament has been a great experience for kids\, where they could not only play some high quality ice hockey games\, but gained new friends as well. \nThanks to…\nThis event could only be completet thanks to engaged people around.
